Michael serves as a minister and regional staff director with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. He brings over 15 years of professional experience in ministry and strategic leadership.

His career has included extensive international service, spanning nearly a decade in diverse, cross-cultural contexts. Notably, he spent five years in Bogotá, Colombia, and currently provides leadership across Europe in his present role.

He holds a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from North Park University (Chicago).

Michael has been happily married to his bride, Sarah, since 2013. They have four children and reside outside of Barcelona, Cataluña. They are active members in their current home church, Església Evangèlica de Vilassar de Mar.
